One of the most secretive club. Even if you have platinum club card and you are well-known millionaire, there is no guarantee that strict face-control will let you inside. The place was chosen by the stars of show business. If you have a desire to see Hugh Hefner, Will Smith, or Britney Spears? – Come Saturday night at The Bed.

The chip of the club is in its title. Where the tables are replaced by luxury bed and walk about a waitress in a transparent peignoir. Music format – an easy and unobtrusive lounge trance. In this club decided not to ride till you drop. In the “bed” come to enjoy the serenity and the most expensive cocktails. Entertainment is not for the middle class.

Problems for night clubs in the USA occur in certain situations: if alcoholic beverages were sold to minors, drug-inflated customers, if there are fights and other violence, if not available or not complied with the internal regulations, if the neighbors complain about the noise and anxiety of drunken club-goers.

A common mistake of nightclubs owners is an unwillingness to cooperate with local police. It is believed that the frequent police intervention in the affairs of the club gives local authorities a pretext for revocation of a license to sell alcohol, which of course means the immediate closure of the club. Therefore, many owners of nightclubs to maintain order without involving the police, tend to hire the muscular guys that are here called “bouncers”. Such a move, according to experts is a big mistake. Often guards can not cope with the drunken crowd, but when trying to restore order, then often resort to prohibited methods. Ultimately, when the situation gets out of control, still have to contact the police.

The most dangerous time in the nightlife begins half an hour before closing. Dozens, even hundreds of drunken people almost simultaneously spilling into the street. It is well known “bad time” for Police, they pull patrols to the clubs, often at the expense of other areas of the city left without police supervision. Such an alignment of the police do not like and can become an occasion to gather compromising material with an eye shield troubled shop. To this end, the club are seconded police officers dressed in civilian clothes that capture the different offenses.

Unite on the basis of rejection of the nightclub’s neighbors gladly fix the audio and video taking place around the club improper conduct – drunken escapades and scandals, having sex, and so on …

The process of closing the club begins with written warnings. But, as practice shows, in most cases the owners do not believe that it may have end in disaster. They are too keen on pumping money to pay serious attention to warning signs. They prefer to evade fines, directing efforts on elimination of violations, and their concealment. In America, this behavior will sooner or later end in court, which makes the final decision to close the club.
